Storm Recovery and Redevelopment

Acted as Project Manager on the demolition and redevelopment of 27 homes that were destroyed primarily as a result of Superstorm Sandy.
- Funding and support provided by the New York Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) as part of HUD’s allocation of resources by the Disaster Relief Recovery Act of 2013.
Provide consultation to clients on applications to municipalities for disaster recovery and resiliency funding.
Assist homeowners in project completion tasks by acting as their liaison with 3rd party contractors, engaged by municipalities, for disaster recovery and resiliency projects.
Advocate for clients on homeowner/contractor disputes and settlements.
General Contractor for home lifting services.
